It can take between 2-7 business days to process your order for it to be shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for faulty products or If you received the wrong item. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. You must submit your refund request via email at pillowparlorinfo@gmail.com or on our CONTACT page within 5 days from receiving your order. Please include your name and ORDER # in the subject line of your email.
If you did not receive the product within our guaranteed time which is 45 days (not including 2-7 business day processing time) you can request a refund or a reshipment. You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Pillow Parlor (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or holidays).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Pillow Parlor
Once you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size, you must contact us within 5 days via email at pillowparlorinfo@gmail.com or by using the CONTACT page and we will guide you through the steps. Please include your name and ORDER # in the subject line of your email. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
